Savasana (corpse posture) involves a lot more than simply lying down and being still. Savasana is the practice of releasing tensions – whether they be physical, mental, and/or emotional – and letting go of any fears about the future, any regrets about the past. This is a deeply relaxing way to surrender to the peace and happiness of the present moment.

Track 2: Relaxation for Headache Relief - 11:30 mins

Progressive muscle relaxation while suffering headache is very beneficial. When too much attention is given to pain, the pain can become the master and the body the slave. This visualisation provides a way to 'get out of your head' and hopefully leave the pain behind. It may be listened to even in the midst of an excruciating headache.
